A return label will be sent with your order.
- Return your item within 7 days to get a store credit or exchange . Custom items such as names, birthdays, portraits, all rhinestones items ,all tumblers, mugs etc, are finale sale. Candles and wax melts and room sprays are also finale sale. You will receive a store credit if minor manufacturer error.
- Items must not be damage or worn.
- Please explain the reason for return and photo of any damages or errors in email.
- Once we receive your items back we will start your return.
